We Provide 3 Different Types Of Lean Training Solutions

Off-the-shelf standard packages for Lean tools.
Bespoke Programmes
Bespoke workshop programmes to support organisation-wide deployment of a Lean system
LCS Training
We can deliver your training material through our experienced trainers.
In all three cases we will carefully evaluate the needs of your business for Lean training or workshops. We can perform business-wide assessments to provide you with a synopsis of your Lean and workshop requirements to achieve businesswide deployment. We can provide extra capacity to help you meet deadlines, cover geography or accelerate deployment with our ready-made expertise.
All our training will be conducted at your site using local site/office issues and examples to illustrate the application of Lean tools and techniques, and most importantly demonstrate the benefits of Lean directly to the delegates and key sponsors.
We use a variety of learning styles to ensure interest is maintained throughout the training and delegates remember and use the key elements of the training. For the workshop programmes, off-line coaching is provided as part of the package to ensure momentum is not lost between interventions. All training courses are supported with a soft copy of the materials. All our trainers are experienced in delivering to multi-cultural audiences globally from front line staff through to senior executives.

LCS – Lean Competency System
The LCS is an internationally recognised and the only university developed lean workplace-based qualification, offering a universal standard
Created at LERC, Cardiff Business School
The LCS was launched in 2005 by the Lean Enterprise Research Centre (LERC) at Cardiff University, as a vehicle to help organisations develop staff lean capability and adopt lean thinking more effectively. The LCS is now managed by Lean Competency Services Ltd., an independent company which holds the Cardiff University licence to operate and develop the LCS. This is managed and controlled by Simon Elias, former LERC director and chief architect of the LCS.
We can offer LCS certification from level 1A all the way through to 2B – from basic Lean awareness to Implementation and leadership coaching
