Employee Survey Process for a Multinational Organisation
Background:
There were several different employee survey processes across the organisation. There was a clear need for a single process which was supported by the top of the organisation .
Situation:
There were 5 separate surveys across the organisation. There was little commonality with a approximately 350 questions across the different surveys.
Task:
To mobilise the key business and HR stakeholders alongside users of the process to create a single business-wide survey.
Actions:
Stakeholders were approached and engaged to support the process. A series of process mapping kaizens were conducted to understand the current state, map stakeholder needs and create the future state.
Results:
The New process reduced the lead-time from 18 months to 3 weeks and saved an external cost of 350k. The process was rolled out globally to all sites.
